In IBKR: Reports > Flex Queries > Activity Flex Query.
Include the Trades and Financial Instrument Information sections.
Set the format to XML (not CSV) and choose the period you are filing.
Run it, download the XML, and drop it here. Everything is processed in your browser, nothing is uploaded.
